Buckhead Village recently welcomed the addition of PLANTA Queen, the second location in Atlanta for the restaurant.
Founded by CEO Steven Salm and Executive Chef David Lee in 2016 to expand the accessibility and acceptability of plant-based dining, PLANTA has locations throughout the U.S.
PLANTA offers an elevated plant-based dining experience with a focus on environmental sustainability and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The menu includes dishes inspired by local cuisine and seasonal ingredients in addition to fan-favorite dishes such as an Unagi Eggplant Nigiri and Ahi Watermelon Nigiri, Spinach Shiitake, Udon Noodles, their signature Bang Bang Broccoli, an array of dumplings, and more.
