Terra alma, a woman-owned boutique real estate advisory has secured a restaurant lease for Udi Hershkovitz’s SabaRaba at LUMEN Chamblee. The Mediterranean restaurant is the first restaurant to sign a lease at the new mixed-use development in Downtown Chamblee.
Currently welcoming new residents, LUMEN Chamblee boasts 318 luxury apartment homes and 4,728 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space in two suites. SabaRaba’s is set to open its doors on the ground floor of the apartment community, occupying 1,425 square feet with ample outdoor patio seating. It is the second location for the restaurant, which currently operates in Sandy Springs.
The remaining retail/restaurant suite remains available and offers 3,303 square feet.
