Rreal Tacos owners Damian Otero and Miguel Hernandez have signed the lease on their newest location in Buckhead at Tower Place, which used to house Farm Burger. The new location will be the franchise’s sixth location in the Metro Atlanta area.
Rreal Tacos’ opened four new restaurants in the last twelve months, bringing their portfolio to encompass Midtown, West Midtown, Chamblee, Sandy Springs and Cumming. In addition to their planned Buckhead location, Otero and Hernandez have their eyes set on Decatur, Lawrenceville and Sugar Hill.
“Most restaurant groups do not offer the opportunity for growth the way we do,” says Hernandez. “Some spend insane amounts of money to build restaurants, but our strategy is changing the game. We’re completely debt-free, and each expansion has been accomplished with our profits.”
As the pair focuses on expanding their concept, they offer top-level performing employees the opportunity to own equity in the new Rreal Tacos locations.
“We remain focused on creating opportunities for our team members to become our partners as we expand,” says Hernandez.
