The former Houck’s Grille space in Roswell recently underwent a transformation, becoming Coastal Bar and Grill. The revamped space now offers guests a Gulf Coast-inspired experience, complete with live music, dueling pianos, special events, and more.
Jerome Stuart, Coastal’s director of operations, acknowledged the legacy left by Houck’s Grille, “Bill and Judy Houck have established a reputation for exceptional food and top-notch service. Coastal aims to build upon this legacy while introducing new culinary creations and preserving some of Houck’s classics.”
Coastal’s menu includes familiar favorites from Houck’s, like the ribs and fried shrimp combo platters, and many of the previous staff members will stay on board. Alongside Houck’s classics, Coastal’s new menu brings a fresh twist to Southern and Coastal cuisine, featuring dishes like baked goat cheese dip, muffuletta flatbread, thinly sliced fried catfish, and costillas en rojo.
