
Georgia’s MAD Hospitality, the group behind The Sinclair, Mad Taco, Hart & Crown Tavern and Patisserie on Main, debuted its newest concept called The Dining Room in late April.
Located in a meticulously-restored late 19th-century building in Madison’s Historic Downtown just an hour east of Atlanta, The Dining Room offers three and four-course prix fixe menus from Executive Chef Ryan Caldwell and Executive Pastry Chef Edouard Fenouil.
The nightly menus are created based on seasonality and availability from local farms and producers, with inspiration from Chef Caldwell and Chef Fenouil. In addition, each course is paired with wines from The Dining Room’s carefully curated wine list.
