This summer, Mellow Mushroom is partnering with Lagunitas Brewing Company to support Best Friends Animal Society. Proceeds from special events, beer and pizza packages, and custom merchandise will go to Best Friends Animal Society, which supports a network of shelter partners in Mellow Mushroom cities and across the country. The goal is to raise $40,000.00.
Every Sunday from May 23 to August 28, Mellow Mushroom restaurants will offer:
- The Best Friends package featuring a medium cheese pizza, pretzel bites, and a pitcher of Lagunitas beer, available for purchase in-store.
- The Best Friends package – with a 6-pack of Lagunitas beer – is available to purchase online at MellowMushroom.com.
For every Best Friends package purchased, Mellow Mushroom will donate $1 to Best Friends Animal Society.
Customers can also purchase specially designed gear for the partnership. Options include t-shirts, dog bowls, dog bandanas and dog leashes, available for purchase at www.TheYellowRoom.com. Or, guests can donate directly to Best Friends Animal Society, and for every dollar donated, Mellow Mushroom and Lagunitas will each match the contribution.

In addition to the pizza and beer deals, Mellow Mushroom Vinings will host Rockin’ Rescuers Happy Hours June 6-10 on the patio where guests can enjoy Lagunitas on draft, a $5 Munchie menu.
