4R Restaurant Group, which operates fourteen 4 Rivers Smokehouses in Florida and Georgia, has hired longtime hospitality executive Jim Lewis as president of its 4R Signature Products and 4R Foods Divisions.
Under his leadership, 4R Restaurant Group will increase product distribution with grocery and convenience store retailers as well as introduce the 4 Rivers brand into new venues including amusement parks, airports, college campuses and a variety of other onsite food service locations and online platforms.
Prior to joining 4R Restaurant Group, Lewis served as CEO of Marilyn Monroe Spas. He also worked at Walmart as Regional Vice President and General Manager for the Northern and Central Regions of Florida, where he was responsible for 106 stores, more than 35,000 associates and $9 billion in revenue for one of the fastest growing regions of the company. Additionally, Lewis spent 15 years in various roles with The Walt Disney Company, including eight years as president of Disney Vacation Club helping it expand to 11 themed Disney Vacation Club Resorts with more than 475,000 members from over 100 countries.
Lewis, a native of Hammond, IN., is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his BS in accounting from Indiana State University and his MS in management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University.
