Four time American Culinary Foundation gold medalist, Julio Delgado is announced as executive chef of JP Atlanta.
JP Atlanta is restaurateur John C. Portman Jr.’s latest fine dining concept opening this December located in downtown Atlanta.
Chef Julio Delgado is a Ritz-Carlton veteran and was most recently the executive chef of Château Élan Winery & Resort. Delgado plans to create a sophisticated menu that will match the restaurant’s architectural interior .
“Julio has honed his talents in some of this city’s finest kitchens,” says Hospitality Ventures Management Group’s Richard Jones, whose company operates JP Atlanta and the Hotel Indigo ® . “He knows what it takes to deliver an excellent culinary experience, and he will make a mark on fine dining Downtown.”
