ATLFAMILYMEAL announced that the Korean American Restaurant Association has donated 1,800 clear masks to the 501(c)(3) non-profit to help protect volunteers and kitchen staff against COVID-19.
In addition to this generous donation, popular Korean BBQ restaurant group, K BBQ Story Group (K BBQ Factory, 770 Korean BBQ, 678 Korean BBQ) is donating 100 K-Beef Braised Short Ribs to be distributed to families in need across the metro Atlanta area. Galbi-jjim (braised beef short ribs) is a popular Korean dish, and features beef short ribs. The dish is often prepared for special occasions and showcases Korean flavors. The tender, sweet and savory braised beef short rib will offer hospitality workers facing food insecurity some much-needed comfort and joy.
